RIR
Also called: Reps In Reserve, reps in reserve
RIR stands for Reps In Reserve: how many more reps you could still have done when you ended the set.
RIR 0 means you could not have done one more rep. RIR 2 means you stopped with two reps left in you.
HeavyTrack asks for it on every set because the same weight and the same reps mean very different things at RIR 0 and at RIR 4.
