Double Progression
Also called: triple progression
Double progression is a simple way to get stronger over time. You keep the weight the same and add reps each session, until you reach the top of your rep range. Then you add weight and start again at the bottom of the range.
Triple progression adds a step in the middle: once you reach the top of the rep range, you add a set first, and you only add weight once you have reached the maximum number of sets as well.
