Cancel a free trial
The free trial is the opening period of the yearly Premium subscription, so it is cancelled in exactly the same place: your Apple account. We are not able to cancel it for you — only Apple can.
Cancel before you are charged
Section titled “Cancel before you are charged”Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple starts the paid year automatically the moment the trial period is over, and it takes up to a day to process a cancellation.
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap HeavyTrack.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find it.
This link opens the same screen directly: Manage your subscriptions. On an iPhone or iPad it opens the App Store on the Subscriptions screen; in a desktop browser it opens your Apple Account subscriptions page.

When does my trial end?
Section titled “When does my trial end?”The same Subscriptions screen shows the date of the next renewal. That date is when the trial ends and the first payment is taken.
If the screen shows a red expiry line and no Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already cancelled and no payment will be taken.
After the trial
Section titled “After the trial”HeavyTrack keeps working — all basic features are free — and your workouts and history stay on your device.
Cancelling a trial does not stop you from subscribing later.
