Switch from a subscription to the Lifetime unlock

The Lifetime unlock is a separate one-time purchase, not another plan of the same subscription. Apple treats the two as different products, so there is no in-app “switch plan” button and no automatic transfer between them: moving across means buying the Lifetime unlock and ending the subscription.

Do it in that order, so your Premium features never lapse in between.

1. Buy the Lifetime unlock

In HeavyTrack, go to Settings → About & Support. The Premium offer is available there at any time, including while your subscription is running.

The Lifetime unlock is charged once and never renews.

2. Cancel the subscription

Once the Lifetime unlock is yours, cancel the yearly subscription in your Apple account so it stops renewing — see Cancel a subscription. We cannot cancel it for you: subscriptions are billed by Apple and only you can end one.

Cancelling stops future renewals. The period you have already paid for runs to its end, and after that your Premium features come from the Lifetime unlock.

Good to know

• The Lifetime unlock is tied to your Apple Account. If you reinstall the app or set up a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchase on the offer screen to get it back. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal to watch.
• Your workouts and history are unaffected by any of this. They live on your device and stay exactly as they are throughout.
• Prices differ by country and may increase over time. The offer screen in the app always shows the exact price for your location.
