Cancel a subscription

Your subscription is billed by Apple, not by us. That means it is cancelled in your Apple account, and it is something only you can do — we have no access to your subscriptions.

Cancel on your iPhone

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap HeavyTrack.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find it.

This link opens the same screen directly: Manage your subscriptions. On an iPhone or iPad it opens the App Store on the Subscriptions screen; in a desktop browser it opens your Apple Account subscriptions page.

If HeavyTrack isn’t in the list

• You may be signed in with a different Apple Account than the one you bought with. Subscriptions belong to the Apple Account that paid for them.
• If you bought the Lifetime unlock, there is nothing to cancel: it is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it never renews.

After you cancel

Premium features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription then stops renewing.

HeavyTrack keeps working after that — all basic features are free — and your workouts and history stay on your device.
