e1RM
Also called: Estimated 1 Rep Max, One Rep Max, 1 Rep Max
e1RM stands for Estimated 1 Rep Max: the heaviest weight you could theoretically lift for a single repetition.
It is estimated rather than tested. HeavyTrack calculates it for each work set of a workout session and retains the best e1RM for the history graphs.
Where to see it in the app
Section titled “Where to see it in the app”While you train, in the Workout Exercise View:
- on each set row, by selecting e1RM as the Focus Metric
In the Exercise History Section:
- in the graph, by selecting e1RM in the segment picker above it
- next to each set in the historical list, if you enable a focus metric in the layout settings
