e1RM

Also called: Estimated 1 Rep Max, One Rep Max, 1 Rep Max

e1RM stands for Estimated 1 Rep Max: the heaviest weight you could theoretically lift for a single repetition.

It is estimated rather than tested. HeavyTrack calculates it for each work set of a workout session and retains the best e1RM for the history graphs.

While you train, in the Workout Exercise View:

In the Exercise History Section:

  • in the graph, by selecting e1RM in the segment picker above it
  • next to each set in the historical list, if you enable a focus metric in the layout settings
