Exercise Rating
Also called: star rating
An exercise rating is a personal reminder of how much you like an exercise or want to include it in your training. HeavyTrack also uses your ratings when the Smart Plan Builder chooses between exercises that are suitable for the same role in a plan.
Unrated exercises are treated as neutral — the same as a three-star rating. When other requirements are equal, the plan builder prefers exercises with higher ratings.
A one-star rating also affects automatic replacements. When reviewing a generated plan, you can tap Don’t like / Can’t do this? and then Replace with something else. HeavyTrack will automatically choose a compatible alternative. Exercises you have rated one star are excluded from this automatic selection, so they will not be chosen as the replacement for another exercise.
Choosing Replace with something else also gives the exercise being replaced a one-star rating. The exercise remains in your library and can still be selected manually.
