AMRAP
Also called: As Many Reps As Possible
AMRAP stands for As Many Reps As Possible: instead of stopping at a set number of reps, you keep going until you can’t do another good one.
It is often written with a minimum: 5+ means at least 5 reps, then as many as you can. Programs use it to test progress on the last set, or to adjust the next weeks’ weights.
In HeavyTrack, a Set by Set plan can make any set an AMRAP set: the reps you set become its minimum, shown as 5+.
